Dummy Tickets

• What is a dummy ticket?
  A dummy ticket is a verifiable flight reservation that is used for visa applications. It is not a paid or confirmed seat.
• Is it accepted by embassies?
  Yes, most embassies accept dummy tickets for the purpose of visa processing. However, requirements may vary by country.
• How soon can I receive one?
  We can usually provide a dummy ticket within one working day of your request.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

• Can I change my travel date after booking?
  Yes, subject to the airline’s rescheduling policy. Fare differences and change fees may apply.
• How are refunds processed?
  Refunds are processed in accordance with the airline’s terms and generally take 7–21 working days after cancellation.
• What happens if my flight is cancelled by the airline?
  In such cases, we assist you in rescheduling or claiming a refund, depending on the airline’s compensation policy.

Payment & Communication

• What payment methods do you accept?
  We accept cash, mobile transfers (mBoB, MPay, etc.), and direct bank transfers.
• Can I pay from overseas?
  Yes. We can share bank details or receive international payments through remittance partners.
• Will I receive updates via WhatsApp or email?
  Yes, we send your ticket, updates, and follow-up communication through both WhatsApp and email for your convenience.
